Briggs attended The North American Institute of Medical Herbalism, Healing Spirits Massage Training Program, is a Certified Yoga Instructor, and has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver where she majored in Integrative Therapeutic Practices with a minor in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a focus in Pre-Medical studies. She has also attended classes at Naropa University and Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, through her herbal apprenticeship over the past 11 years with Brigitte Mars (Herbalist, Author, and Professor). Along with working as an herbalist and natural health practitioner at Pharmaca the Integrative Pharmacy for the past 10 years, she has also contributed as an expert on a natural health and wellness panel and as an editor for many natural health and wellness books, articles, and video productions.
Currently, she is also the owner of Bridge Wellness, LLC where she consults with private clientele and in corporate settings offering nutritional and herbal supplementation strategies, as well as bodywork services as a massage therapist with integrative bodywork.
It is my intention to care for each client’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. And, it is my goal that after each consultation and treatment my clients walk away feeling more nurtured, balanced, and renewed. I am here to help, whether their needs are deep relaxation, pain management, rejuvenation, or gaining strategies into how to become more empowered in their own health journey!
