My Background

My love of holistic health started for me a decade ago when I moved to Boulder, Colorado from Chattanooga, Tennessee. Since moving to Boulder, I have been devoted to learning and incorporating holistic health practices such as bodywork, nutrition, and medicinal herbalism into my own life. Through my studies I have learned how to take better care of myself and my health, which has resulted in me loosing 100 pounds, and has inspired me to be a lighter and brighter being. My own journey from illness to health motivated me to become a massage therapist, herbalist, nutritionist, and natural health practitioner, so that I could share my experience with others and help them along their path to health and wellness.

I attended the Healing Spirits Massage Training  Program, North American Institute of Medical Herbalism, and have a  Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver where I majored in Integrative Therapeutic Practices with a minor in Nutrition and Dietetics, and a ficus in Pre-Medical studies. I have also attended classes at Naropa University and Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, through my herbal apprenticeship over the past 10 years with Brigitte Mars (Herbalist, Author, and Professor). Along with working as an herbalist and natural health practitioner at an integrative, holistic pharmacy for the past 8 years, I have also contributed as an editor for many natural health and wellness books, articles, and video productions.

It is my intention to care for each client’s physical, mental, and  emotional well-being. And, it is my goal that after each consultation  and treatment my clients walk away feeling more nurtured, balanced, and  renewed. I am here to help, whether their needs are deep relaxation,  pain management, rejuvenation, or gaining strategies into how to become  more empowered in their own health journey!
