My journey of moving from survival to thrival inspired me to become an Empowerment Coach and Medicine Woman.

Along my path, I have learned how to care for my mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health, which has resulted in me losing 100 pounds and becoming a lighter and brighter being!

I passionately seek opportunities to help others feel like they are becoming more empowered and thriving in all aspects of their lives.

I intend to assist clients in a supportive, positive environment while encouraging self-awareness and independence in their pursuit of their goals.
